A Passion for Helping Businesses When They Need It Most
Owner Experience: I’ve sat in the chair. I’ve managed the P&L when the margins were razor-thin and the stakes were my own mortgage. I’m not theorizing; I’m applying what I had to learn to survive.
Revenue & Growth: Raised revenue by six figures and improved profit margins by double-digits at multiple businesses since 2017, including a six-figure YOY increase in 2025.
Deep Expertise: More than 20 years of experience in leadership, business growth, and operations.

Service FAQs
How do you charge?
I only work with businesses when the potential Return-On-Investment is higher than the cost of my services. Once the ROI and cost are established, there are several payment options.
Some companies have the free cash flow to pay all at once (the easiest for everyone), but I also offer payment plans and other flexible arrangements for cash-strapped businesses.
My job is to add to your bottom line, not become another line item expense.
How long is a typical "repair"?
It depends on the clog.
The Sprint: A specific margin fix or data cleanup can usually be handled in a 48-hour window.
The Mission: If I’m stabilizing operations because a manager quit, profits mysteriously dropped, or work surged unexpectedly, I’ll stay until the problem is solved – sometimes 3 to 6 months.
We’ll define the mission and the timeline together before I ever touch the wheel.
Do you work on-site or remote?
I go where the problem is.
If you need me on-site to walk the floor, manage the crew, or see the mess firsthand, I’ll be there. If we’re just crunching numbers to find a cash leak, remote might be faster. We’ll do whatever gets the job done quickest.
What if I just need a one-time fix?
Perfect. That’s why I’m a handyman and not a full-time executive. I come in, fix the specific issue we identified, and get out of the way.
Are you going to try to sell me software?
No. I’m here to make your current tools and people work better. If a new tool is needed, I’ll tell you, but I don’t get a kickback from anyone. I work for you.
Do you work with companies like mine?
Yes. Most of my work is in Home Services, Hospitality, and Ecommerce – but the ‘clogs’ are usually the same in any industry. If your business has outpaced your current systems or you’re losing money to operational waste, I can fix it.
